If you have never been to Conference before please don't be too nervous it's just like a big friendly family get together with some interesting speakers thrown in. Dress comfortably, feel free to fall asleep (or fall down) as the need takes you - no one will comment, laugh or moan - its a weekend where you can forget your woes and be amongst friends. Manchester is buzzing on this weekend so check out what is available in the evenings too.
Do share this event with your PWN friends as there are still people missing from our database.
This is a 'nice' hotel (no one mention Mr Fawlty please!). There are also several of the big chains nearby offering competitve rates on family rooms (some very close to the venue), B&Bs, Guest Houses, etc. Your ticket price will include a buffet luncheon on Saturday - please confirm any dietary needs in advance.
We have booked space in the main Conference Room for 200, cabaret style. We hope to start to release speaker names soon although we can confirm Dr Heather Elphick and her Nurse Janine will be here for families. We hope perhaps at least one of our key speakers from last year may also return for adults/all - our aim is to provide a mix for young old and in-between. Whilst we cannot cover every aspect of narcolepsy/cataplexy we shall try to create variety to prevent boredom, give up insights and tell you about anything new.
We look forward to meeting friends old and new.
Children welcome to meet up - we hope to have playleaders but this is not a creche.
PLEASE NOTE: NO TICKETS AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR - BOOK IN ADVANCE ONLY
