We are excited to be hosting a FREE workshop to raise awareness for Narcolepsy UK a charity helping those who live with the condition, Narcolepsy, overcome the everyday struggles which having the condition impacts, gain access to healthcare, remove barriers that disabled people face, get advice and the right support to help achieve a dignified life that every human being deserves.

The event will be over at the cozy and welcoming The Hastings Commons room. It’s a perfect setting, cozy sofas, warm welcoming vibes and full of community spirit! We are so very grateful to the Hastings Commons for the opportunity to hold this event there.

Date: Saturday March 9th 

Time: 12-4pm 

Venue: Hastings Common Room, 27-29 Cambridge Road, Hastings, HN34 1DJ

We will be providing free nibbles and refreshments as well as running a free workshop so you can create your own paper floral headbands or flowers to take home with you. Maybe you would like to create paper flowers for a Mothers / Parent / Guardian Day gift? Whatever you decide to create you can take them home with you on the day.

There will also be an information hub to find out more about Narcolepsy and information on how to get in contact with Narcolepsy UK if you or someone you know needs their support.
