I am a UK tax payer and I would like Narcolepsy UK to reclaim tax on all donations I have made in the past four years and any future donations.
I understand that I need to pay enough Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in each tax year to cover the amount that all charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) will reclaim on my donations for that tax year, and I am responsible for paying any difference.
Please treat all donations I make to Narcolepsy UK from the date of this declaration until I notify you otherwise as Gift Aid donations.
