Our resources are limited, and the helpline is not currently available 24/7. If you are not able to get through to one of our operators, please use the contact form below and we will get back to you by phone or email as soon as we can. Please understand that our staff work part-time and are in great demand, and it may therefore take us a few days to respond to your enquiry. Email is often the best way for us to communicate with you initially, so if you have an email address please do enter it in the form.
Please note also that we can only offer assistance on issues related directly to narcolepsy/cataplexy. As the demand for our assistance grows, we are receiving enquiries relating to other conditions. Sadly, we cannot assist with illness of any other nature. In some instances it may be that more than one agency needs to be involved in advice for clients with a mix of complex illnesses.
